Travel Technology Interactive announces the definitive acquisition of CIONS SOFTWARE S.A. one its Latin American competitors.

This solidifies the group’s worldwide presence and reaffirms their interest in the South American region.

The acquisition of CIONS enlarges Travel Technology Interactive Group’s customer portfolio to over 45 clients worldwide in 5 continents.

The new group is made up of more than 120 employees with a new business platform in Brazil.

Travel Technology Interactive is listed on the NYSE Euronext in Paris.
